Data Deletion Policy

User Right to Deletion

In accordance with the Amazon SP-API Data Protection Policy, AMASTATS provides users with the ability to request the permanent deletion of their data from our systems.

How to Request Deletion

You may request data deletion by:

• Sending an email to info@amastats.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
• Disconnecting the AMASTATS application within your Amazon Seller Central account.

What Data is Removed?

Upon a valid request, we will permanently purge the following from our production databases:

• All Amazon SP-API Refresh Tokens and Authorization data.
• All historical sales, financial, and inventory records.
• Your user account profile and settings.

Timeline

Data is typically removed from our live systems within 72 hours. Backup archives are purged within 30 days in line with our data retention cycle.
